Video: Day 3- Day 3 | Growing mushrooms on coffee in Rotterdam

At RotterZwam they grow oyster mushrooms from coffee residue. The residue is collected locally and sold to restaurants, hotels etc. They even make bitterballen from it.
In the evening I stayed in Mierlo, a tiny village in Brabant.
